Brown Surrenders after Oklahoma Gov. Approves Extradition to South Carolina
The biological father at the center of a court case over the adoption of a three-year-old by Matt Capobianco, a former longtime employee of Glasspro in Charleston, S.C., and his wife Melanie, turned himself over to the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office and was released Thursday after Oklahoma Gov.
